A postgraduate programme for educational leaders, managers and practitioners who need the strategic capability to run a modern institution. It works through educational leadership, organisational management, policy development and instructional supervision, pairing theory with real case material so that management principles land on governance, performance and institutional outcomes. It suits teachers moving into leadership, administrators and principals, training and academic managers, and anyone preparing for doctoral study.

The programme is offered, delivered and assessed by Geomatika. Teaching staff, supervisors and examiners are appointed by the university. ADVEX Management School is the appointed Online and Distance Learning partner: academic guidance, research support and local sessions in the Thai time zone.

How you study

• HyFlex attendance — Each week you choose how you attend — on site at ADVEX in Bangkok, live online, or asynchronously in your own time. All three count equally as attendance and you are not locked into one mode for the term.
• Competency-based assessment — Assessed through assignments and projects drawn from your own workplace. There are no invigilated written examinations.
• Collaborative learning — Group work and workshops with a cohort drawn from across Thailand and beyond.
• Language — Taught and assessed in English, with revision sessions and academic advice available in Thai. Applicants without evidence of English proficiency may take the ADVEX English Intensive Course or a free online CEFR test.
• Support from ADVEX — As the appointed Online and Distance Learning partner in Bangkok, ADVEX handles registration, academic coordination, research methods training and seminars. The curriculum, teaching and assessment are delivered by faculty appointed by Geomatika.

Entry requirements

• A bachelor's degree, or an equivalent qualification
• English proficiency at CEFR B1 or equivalent. Applicants without evidence of English proficiency may take the ADVEX English Intensive Course or a free online CEFR test.
