ADVEX works with employers who want to raise the qualification level of a group rather than send an individual on a course. Four arrangements are available and they are often combined.
Group arrangements also let an organisation build a qualification route that staff continue over several years. Because ADVEX is approved to operate a credit bank, learning completed now still counts later, which matters when people study in stages around operational demands.
Employees join a scheduled ADVEX programme as a group. Special pricing applies from ten participants upwards.
A programme designed around the capability your organisation needs, built on qualifications ADVEX is approved to deliver and assess.
Existing staff experience and in-house training assessed as prior learning, so employees enter at the level their work already reflects.
Teaching at your premises, at the ADVEX campus in Bangkok, or online, whichever fits your operating hours.
A recognised qualification rather than a certificate of attendance. ADVEX qualifications are credit rated by Qualifications Scotland and EduQual UK and carry progression into degree routes with partner universities, so a training budget spent here builds towards something the employee can continue on their own afterwards.
Most conversations begin with a capability gap rather than a course title — supervisors promoted without management training, technical staff moving into client-facing roles, or a team that needs the same standard applied consistently. Tell us the gap and we will map it to what we can deliver and assess.
