Management of clinical and care services, for supervisors moving into administration and leadership.
Hospitals and care providers promote clinically strong people into management and then expect them to learn budgets, quality systems and service design on the job. This degree does that part properly, in one year, alongside the work.
You study health analytics and planning, total quality management and sustainability in health, then complete an independent study on a service problem you already know from the inside.
