The starting point. Nine units that turn a school-leaving qualification, or a few years of work, into a recognised business qualification with somewhere to go next.
Most people who walk into ADVEX for this diploma have the same story: they are working, they are capable, and the paperwork does not say so. This is the qualification that starts fixing that.
Nine units cover the whole of a business — the trading environment, accounts, operations, marketing, people, health and safety, welfare, culture, and finally your own venture idea. It is deliberately broad, because at this stage the point is to find out what you are good at before you specialise.
It is credit rated at SCQF Level 6 by EduQual UK and regulated by Qualifications Scotland, so it is understood outside Thailand as well as inside it. Finish, and you move straight up to a Level 8 diploma — which is the door to a UK degree.
In exceptional cases ADVEX may admit an applicant who does not hold the stated entry qualifications, where we judge that they can complete the programme successfully.
Progress to a Level 8 diploma at ADVEX — Business and Marketing Management, Healthcare Management, or the SQA Advanced Diploma in Business — or straight into employment. The Level 8 diplomas are the standard entry route to the final year of a UK bachelor's degree.
A Level 8 diploma is the next step, and the standard entry route to the final year of a UK bachelor’s degree. Choose the field you want to specialise in.
