Recruitment Partner

Thailand & Southeast Asia
The Role

Advise learners in your market. Refer them to us.

An appointed Recruitment Partner advises prospective learners in its own market and refers suitable applicants to ADVEX programmes. You hold the relationship locally; ADVEX handles assessment, admission and everything academic that follows.

The work is advisory rather than transactional. Most people who come to ADVEX are already working and are choosing between routes that look similar on the surface and differ considerably underneath. A partner who understands the programmes can save an applicant from entering at the wrong level, or from paying for study that repeats what they already know.

What an appointed partner does

  • Advises prospective learners on ADVEX qualifications and degree routes
  • Identifies the likely entry level from what an applicant already holds, before formal assessment
  • Prepares and submits referrals with the supporting documents in order
  • Represents ADVEX accurately, within the scope agreed at appointment

What stays with ADVEX

Entry assessment, recognition of prior learning, admission decisions, fee schedules, teaching and assessment. A partner is not asked to make admission judgements or to quote terms on our behalf. Where a case is unusual — and with working adults it often is — you hand it to admissions rather than carrying it alone.

Who we are looking for

Organisations and professionals who already advise people about education and can do it properly. Existing student recruitment experience is useful but is not the only route in; what matters is a real audience, an advisory approach, and a standing you are willing to have examined.

Why we say partner and not agency
The distinction is not cosmetic. An agency is measured on volume. An appointed partner is measured on whether the learners referred are placed at the right level and go on to complete. We appoint for the second.
Commercial terms
Terms, including any consideration payable, are discussed once due diligence is complete. They are not published and are not quoted on a first call. If a published rate card is what you are looking for, this arrangement will not suit you.
Measured on whether the learner finishes, not on how many signed up.
Advising a prospective learner
Most applicants arrive mid-career, holding credit they do not know they can use.
